Faith sees the invisible and developed as we walk and talk with God daily. It is long obedience, in sync, and going the same direction with God that prepares us to change and impact the world we live in.
For by grace you are saved through faith-Eph. 2:8 It is why we do what we do for the glory of God. "Faith is obeying God in spite of feelings, circumstances or consequences," says Pastor Greg. It takes risks and is strengthened through testing and challenges. Active faith is the victory that overcomes the world.
What is God saying to the church and what is your place in it? “Church is where a believer can grow into spiritual maturity and be a participant, more than a spectator,” says Pastor Greg. Going to church unites us with the body of believers and brings us godly perspective.
How can we share the Gospel in simplicity and in an understandable way? Pastor Greg teaches on the last message of his series and focuses on how Christians need to recommit themselves to get the Good News out-to evangelize and bring hope to the world. The power of the Gospel is in sharing it.
America needs an awakening and the church needs a revival. “To have a personal spiritual revival is to live a passionate, on fire life for God,” says Pastor Greg. Revival starts within—it begins with the heart of a believer. Before we can make a difference in the world, God has to make a difference in us.
Where is God in our circumstances? He is always with us—calling us to focus on Him that He may refine and rebuild our lives. Pastor Greg encourages believers to keep our eyes on the Lord, and to use our platform of suffering to be our faith in action.
